NOTES ON THE VERSION OF 1995-08-09:

This is the first public release of the Bayesian neural network
software.  It has been tested on an SGI machine running IRIX 5.3, and
on a SUN SPARC machine running SunOS 5, using the GNU C compiler.  No
bugs are known at the time of release.
